Congress Considers Reinstating Glass-Steagall Act | Crooks and Liars
Why is this not bigger news? Glass-Steagall was Depression era legislation which helped prevent America having a huge economic downfall for about 70 years. It’s repeal in the late 90s was a big factor in what lead us into our current economic downfall.
